On February 2, 2009 we unexpectedly lost our daughter and partner, Cheri, to a brain aneurysm. We all miss her bright smile and enthusiasm for the real estate business and life in general. She continually strove to make our industry better, as do all of us at Schmidt-haus Realty, Inc.
